What does "All-Inclusive" actually mean? Is this really "One Price" or will there be hidden extras?
The price of the package you choose is the price you pay for the installation, tile, and premium materials. The only "extras" would be the specific upsells you choose (like demolition) or if your kitchen requires major structural repair that was hidden behind the wall. We pride ourselves on being the most transparent contractors in the CBRM.
Why is demolition and new drywall an "Add-On" rather than included?
To save you money! In Cape Breton, we’ve found that most kitchens don't actually have existing tile—they have paint, wallpaper, or "peel-and-stick" covers. If we included demolition in our base price, we’d be overcharging most of our clients. By keeping "Demo & Drywall" as a separate add-on, you only pay for exactly what your kitchen needs and not a cent more.
What happens if my walls are wavy or "not flat"?
This is where our "Standard of Excellence" comes in. If your walls have minor dips or waves, our team will "skim" the surface to create a flat canvas at no extra charge. This ensures your final tile work is perfectly level. However, if we find structural issues or missing insulation behind the wall, we’ll discuss those repairs with you immediately. We believe in "No Surprises," so any major repair work is quoted separately before we proceed.
Why is there a $99 deposit up-front?
Think of the $99 as your "Commitment to Quality." This deposit locks in your preferred start date and triggers your Bespoke Design Consultation. Once that is paid, you are officially on our master schedule, and we begin the process of reserving your materials. It ensures that when we show up, we are 100% ready to transform your kitchen without delay.
How long will my kitchen be "under construction"?
We value your time. Most of our All-Inclusive transformations are completed in one to two days. We work with high-efficiency, premium setting materials that allow us to prep, tile, and grout faster than traditional methods without ever sacrificing quality.
Can I choose any tile, or am I limited?
Each package (Premium, Chef, Custom) includes a vast curated selection of the 2026 Trend tiles (Zellige, Herringbone, Large-Format). If you have your heart set on a specific "couture" tile that exceeds the package allowance, we simply apply your package credit toward it and you just pay the difference. You get the professional service; you choose the style.
I have old tile that needs to go. Can you handle the mess?
Absolutely. If you have existing tile or a wall that’s beyond a simple "skim" coat, we offer two professional "Prep-Packages" as an upgrade to your service:
The Clean Demo: We remove your old tile and backsplash material.
The Fresh Start: We remove the old surface and install brand-new, perfectly flat drywall. We handle the heavy lifting and the disposal, so you don't have to.
Do you offer a guarantee?
Yes. We provide a 100% Flawless Finish Guarantee. If a tile is crooked or a grout line is messy, we fix it. We don't consider the job done until you are ready to show off your new kitchen to the neighbors.
